EData24 Reports – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and eData Financial Group LLC (“Licensor”) governing the use of the EData24 Reports application and its related user data. By clicking “Accept” or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive sublicense to:

  • Access and use EData24 Reports on the designated website(s).
  • View, print, save, reproduce, and use reports and documentation for internal purposes.

This sublicense does not permit providing EData24 Reports or its contents to third parties for report preparation.

2. Restrictions
  • No reverse engineering, copying (except as necessary), or modification of the Licensed Property.
  • No removal of Licensor marks or third-party notices.
  • No unauthorized access, renting, leasing, or lending of the Licensed Property.
3. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted remain with Licensor. Licensor may limit or suspend access upon breach.

4. Updates

Licensor may release modifications, upgrades, or fixes at any time. This Agreement applies to all Updates.

5. Access Limitations

Access may be restricted due to scheduled maintenance, user suspension, or unforeseen outages beyond Licensor’s control.

6. User Content

User represents and warrants ownership or authorization for all content provided, including EData24 Reports User Data.

7. Data Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of provided data. Licensor assumes no liability for errors in User Data.

8. Confidential Information

User shall not disclose personally identifiable non-public information (e.g., SSNs, bank details) to Licensor via the system.

9. Indemnification

User shall defend and indemnify Licensor and its affiliates against claims related to misuse of User Data, infringement, or legal violations.

10. Ownership of Licensed Property

Licensor retains full ownership of EData24 Reports, its source code, documentation, and derivative works.

11. Third-Party Sites

Licensor is not responsible for third-party sites or services linked to the Licensed Property.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by U.S. law, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state of Florida.

13. Term & Termination

The Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated. Licensor may terminate for convenience or breach.

14. User Warranties
  • User has authority to enter this Agreement.
  • This Agreement is binding and does not conflict with other obligations.
  • User will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • All User content is free from malicious code.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and Licensed Property are provided “AS IS.” Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness.

16. Limitation of Liability

Licensor’s liability shall not exceed fees paid in the six months prior to the claim. No liability for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full and final agreement between the parties, replacing all prior agreements.

18. Limitation of Liability for System Errors

Licensor is not liable for rare system errors, glitches, or inaccuracies. User is responsible for verifying reports before relying on them.

19. Identification of Licensor and Workers

All services under this Agreement are provided solely by eData Financial Group LLC and its authorized affiliates and contractors.
